A schoolboy was killed as a truck crushed him in bypass area of Jhenaidah district town on Sunday.
The 11-year-old victim was identified as Imran Hossain from Shikarpur village in Sadar upazila.
Officer-in-charge of Jhenaidah Sadar Police Station Emdadul Haque Sheikh said the accident took place in the morning when Imran was going to his school on his bicycle. The boy died on the spot, reports BSS.
Police seized the truck.
