Fourth grader found dead in Joypurhat

The body of a 10-year-old was recovered from an abandon house at Biddi village in Panchbibi Upazila of Joypurhat.

The deceased was identified as Abdur Rahman, son of Rezaul Karim of Dhurail village in the upazila. He was a fourth grader at a local primary school.

Bazlar Rahman, officer-in-charge of Panchbibi Police Station, said Rahman went out of their house with his bicycle on Friday noon and did not return home till evening.

His family members looked for him frantically but could not find him. Locals later found Rahman's body in a nearby village and informed police, UNB reported.

The body was sent to Joypurhat Modern Government Hospital for an autopsy.
