Cox’s Bazar road crash kills seven

At least seven people have died after a bus rammed a human hauler, locally known as leguna, in Cox’s Bazar’s Chokoria.

The accident occurred on Chattogram-Cox’s Bazar Highway near Boroitali in Harbang Union at around 12pm on Tuesday.

The dead were the passengers of the leguna, reports bdnews24.

The deceased were yet to be identified, said Sub-Inspector Md Nuruddin of Harbang Highway Police Outpost.

A Cox’s Bazar-bound bus from Chattogram operated by Starline Paribahan collided with the Laguna coming from the opposite direction, said SI Nuruddin citing local people.
