A bus helper was killed and three other passengers were injured in a road accident in Ghogha Bridge area on the Dhaka-Bogura Highway under Sherpur upazila of Bogura district on Sunday.
The details of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Sherpur Thana Humayan Ahmed said the accident occurred when a bus coming from the opposite direction hit another bus in the area at around 11:00am, leaving the unidentified helper of one bus dead on the spot, reports BSS.
The injured people were taken to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.
Police seized both the vehicles and a case was filed with the concerned police station in this connection.
