At least 9 people have died after a bus and a truck collided on a highway in Kaliganj Upazila of Jhenaidah district.
The accident took place at Upazila's Barobazar on Wednesday, said Highway Police Station OC Sheikh Mesbah Uddin, reports bdnews24.com.
The victims couldn't be identified immediately.
The bus, operated by Rupsha Paribahan Ltd, was heading towards Khulna when it collided with the truck from the opposite direction, OC Mesbah Uddin said.
