A girder of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project was collapsed during its installation near Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka on Sunday morning, injuring six people including three Chinese workers.
The condition of one injured Chinese worker is now critical. Names of the six people including three Chinese are yet to be confirmed.
A portion of a pier cap of the same project was also collapsed at Abdullahpur location early hours of Sunday what project office said for hitting by a speeding vehicle at around 2:45 am. But no injury was reported from it.
