A woman has given birth to triplets, all girls, at a private hospital in the Brahmanbaria district town, doctors said on Tuesday.
Sumaiya Akter, wife of Al Amin of Bijoynagar upazila's Mukundupur, delivered the triplets by caesarean section at Tenkerpar Standard Hospital on Monday, reports UNB.
Gynaecologist Dr Kazi Lutfunnahar Lutfa said, "The mother and her three daughters are doing well."
Al Amin said he's more than happy to welcome the newest addition to the family. The couple already has two daughters.
