Bangladesh, Estonia to hold bilateral talks Sunday

Bangladesh and Estonia will hold a bilateral meeting in Dhaka on Sunday to find ways to explore areas of cooperation between the two countries.

Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali and his Estonian counterpart Sven Mikser will their respective sides at the meeting.

The meeting will begin at 12 noon at state guesthouse Padma in Dhaka, reports UNB.

Minister Mikser is scheduled to arrive in Dhaka on Saturday night on a two-day visit at the invitation of Bangladesh Foreign Minister, said a foreign ministry official.

He is likely to meet Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina during his stay in Dhaka.

Estonia is the most northerly of the three Baltic states and has linguistic ties with Finland and has become one of the most economically successful of the European Union's newer eastern European members.
