Aziz Ahmad wins NYNJMSDC Partnership Award in US

Aziz Ahmed received NYNJMSDC Partnership Award on behalf of UTC Associates, a US-based technology consulting company, at a programme in New York on October 20.

UTC Associates was selected as the best supplier in category two of the award ceremony.

The New York and New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council (NYNJMSDC) has been hosting this award ceremony for more than 30 years, says a press release.

“It’s important that we acknowledge businesses in our community that not only deliver a high level of service to their customers but do so locally, creating jobs and opportunity for others in our area,” said NYNJMSDC president Terrence Clark.

Mr Ahmad is the founder of CodersTrust Bangladesh that has so far trained 60,000 youths from underprivileged, unemployed, underemployed people, 10,000 school teachers and several thousand women.

Mr Clark said, “Ahmad has spent over 20 years of building UTC into a leading provider of technology resources and solutions with a reputation as a trusted partner to organisations across a wide range of technical services.”

Mr Ahmad previously received the prestigious Nova Award in April 2022 for his contribution to green technology.

UTC Associates Inc, a New York-based technology company established in 2001, provides technology consulting services and solutions to organisations in both public and private sectors, including governance, risk and compliance, cloud migration, mobility, cybersecurity and software development.
