Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today said those who will be found involved with the attack on the residence of Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) in Barishal would be brought to justice, BSS reports.
"Those who are involved with the incident will be brought to justice. No mercy will be showed to anyone, even if they are of our party," he said.
Quader was addressing a discussion marking the National Mourning Day arranged by Mohila Awami League at AL's Bangabandhu Avenue central office in Dhaka city.
Chaired by Mohila Awami League President Safia Khatun, the discussion was addressed by AL Organising Secretary Mirza Azam, Office Secretary Barrister Biplab Barua and Mohila Awami League General Secretary Mahmuda Begum.
