Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Masihuzzaman Serniabat left Dhaka for Sweden on Sunday on a four-day official visit.
During the visit, the Chief of Air Staff will join the 'International Forum for the Military Simulation, Training & Education Community (ITEC) 2019' in Stockholm.
ITEC is a forum where representatives from across the military, civil sector, industry and academia connect and share knowledge about military simulation, training and education community, said Md Noor Islam, Assistant Director of at the Inter Service Public Relation (ISPR) Directorate.
Masihuzzaman Serniabat will also exchange views with Swedish Armed Forces and Swedish Air Force on bilateral issues.
It is expected that Chief of Air Staff's visit will play an important role in strengthening the existing relations between Sweden Air Force and Bangladesh Air Force, reports UNB.
