The inquiry committee formed to investigate the fatal accident at the construction site of the BRT corridor on August 15 has sought three more days to complete its work.
Road Transport and Highways Division has already extended the time till August 30 as its earlier tenure for submitting the report ended Sunday.
The committee formed with Additional Secretary Neelima Akhter sought the time to talk with more people including those recently released after being arrested after the accident that killed five members of a family when a girder fell on their car while crossing the road at the Jasimuddin flyover of Uttara in the city.
