Domestic violence claimed the lives of 61 women in the four months of the calendar year across the country, according to a local rights body.
Apart from this, 18 women committed suicide and 12 were tortured by their husbands in the violence, the report of the Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK).
15 women were killed by their own family, its data revealed.
62 cases were filed in connection with the incidents, the ASK added.
