Four people were sentenced to death and two others for life in connection with Md Rana murder case on Tuesday.
The Judge of Dhaka Speedy Trial Tribunal-4, Abdur Rahman Sardar,handed down the verdict on Tuesday morning.
All the death row convicts Md Masud Ali, Al Amin alias Alam, Md Jahangir Hossain and Md Shafiqul Islam Robin have remained absconding.
The lifers Md Babla and Md Manir Hossain were also fined Tk 20,000, failure of which would translate into one more year of imprisonment.
