26 Int'l flights miss departure schedule at HSIA

Some of twenty six international flights missed their departure schedules from 12:00am to 12:00pm at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in the capital on Saturday.

The flights failed to meet their schedules for at least 10 to 30 minutes, according to Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh sources.

Of them, BG 091 was scheduled to go to Kolkata at 7:00am, but it departed at 7:27am, making 27 minutes late.

Another flight of Qatar Airways took off for Qatar at 8:54am, making 30 minutes late.

BG 084 departed for Singapore airport at 8:54am, making half an hour late.

Besides, Emirates Airline from Dubai arrived at 8:13am, making 13 minutes late.

BG 126 from Doha landed there at 8:36am, which was 26 minutes late.

From the 12:00am to 12:00pm, 25 international flights landed the airport, the sources added.
