Some 111 new books hit the stalls of Amar Ekushey Book fair on Sunday.
With these, a total of 286 new books have been launched since the month-long book fair began on February 1 last, informed Bangla Academy.
Most of the books which have been published so far are poetry, said an official of the Academy information centre to the FE.
The official also expressed hope that more new books would arrive in the fair in days ahead.
The fair remains open from 3:0pm to 8:30pm from Sunday to Thursday and from 11am to 9pm on holidays (Fridays and Saturdays).
