Job Context:
Airwrk is looking for a Business Generalist who can become the “Jack” of Airwrk. This is a cross-functional role where you’ll be working as an integral part of their sales, marketing and talent development teams. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about how various functions work and watch a budding startup grow. When the opportunity arises, you’ll also have the option to specialize in a role you think you’re good at.

Role: Business Generalist (Full-time position)
Job Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm: participate in brainstorming sessions related to marketing, strategy, and process engineering.
- Research: be on top of everything and everyone, i.e competitors, industry trends, tools, sales prospects, investors, etc.
- Analysis: conduct an in-depth analysis of our internal datasets and product analytics, and come up with suitable recommendations.
- Document: based on your research, prepare reports in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Internal reports don’t have to be fancy, but external reports have to be top-notch.
- Outreach: correspond with external stakeholders like universities, webinar guests, corporate partners, etc.
- Community Management:** keep our talent and student communities engaged with various online activities.
- Information Management:** do housekeeping of the company’s internal information systems
- Other: be prepared to tackle any urgent business needs that may come up.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Business Graduate (Marketing/Management/HR Major preferable).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in any business role is preferable. Freshers can apply but all the coursework must have been completed.
- Personality: Loves challenges. Has a growth mindset. Takes accountability and ownership of tasks. Has attention to detail
- Googling and stalking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to put ideas on paper in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Notion, & Discord.
- Tech-savvy.
- OCD-level planning and time management skills.
- Nice-to-have Qualities: Having design skills or a good aesthetic sense would earn you some extra points from our founders.
Job Location: Remote
- Occasionally, physical presence might be required in and around the Gulshan area.
Salary and Other Benefits:
- Salary: BDT 35,000 - BDT 50,000
