Name of the Position: Manager, Learning and Development, HRD, BRAC International
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing compensation strategy for the organisation.

Assist in designing and reviewing organizational structure (Organogram) for different new and existing projects.

Provide necessary support to HR Partners to finalize the workforce budget for existing and new projects.

Assist in reviewing existing benefits arrangement policies through proper analysis of facts and cost impact.

Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):

At least Bachelor's degree in social sciences/Development Studies/ HRM, Education, or related field.

Content development, training/workshop facilitation skills.

At least 2- 3 years of experience in Development Organisation, preferably in areas of capacity building, learning system management, and staff orientation functions. Candidates familiar with SAP SuccessFactors platform will get preference.
