Role: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Implement the company's marketing and sales strategies and achieve targets through monitoring and guiding Area Managers in assigned regions.
- Meet sales objectives, manage and monitor projects, conduct sales, coaching sessions, and performance evaluation of Area Managers and MPOs.
- Ensure successful implementation of long-term and short-term marketing strategies in the field.
- Explore new avenues for the development of business and for the improvement of business operations in the region.

Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree from any discipline (Science up to HSC is preferable)
- Having a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience as a Regional Sales Manager at any reputed pharmaceutical company.
