Role: Graduate Trainee
Job Responsibilities:

Work with the Bangladesh government's formal primary education system and central, divisional and local level stakeholders in primary education system.

Liaison with the program team, proactively coordinates and communicates with related departments for any approvals, any issues, and follow-ups concerning any application. Obtain approval from the Upazila and district-level education administrations, NAPE, NCTB, BNFE, DPE, MoPME, and reporting.

Gather and consolidate key information and feedback from the relevant ministries/directorates to inform and improve implementation at local levels.

Actively engage relevant bureaus and units of the MoPME and Ministry of Education Office and the local education Offices in program activities to strengthen institutional capacities.

Educational Qualification:

High-achieving graduates or graduates to be by December 2022 from any discipline from any reputed public/ private universities are welcome to apply

Recent graduates who graduated no earlier than December 2021 are qualified to apply

Bangladeshi students graduating (by December 2022) from top-tier foreign universities are also highly encouraged to apply. Bangladeshi students who graduated from top-tier foreign universities no earlier than December 2021 are also qualified to apply.
