Job Context:

Act as an advocate to raise awareness of the needs of children. Understands the mandate to protect children.

Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.

Drive the development of global program designs, standards, and training tools in alignment with the ministry's objectives.

Support cross-functional teams to equip National Offices to provide holistic disaster response to caregivers, children, and youth.

Prepare supporting documentation such as quick assessments, disaster location maps, challenges, and recommendations for the National Office impacted by the disaster.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

At least 5 years of management or leadership experience in international humanitarian aid, disaster response and recovery programs in Asia.

Certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization in a related field. Formal training in Disaster Risk Reduction, Disaster Resilience or disaster management from a reputable training body is preferred.
