Role: Onboarding, Reporting and Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Reporting and Opportunity Management: Opportunity reporting, exports, tagging, and attribution.
  • Manual and Bulk Management of Co-Sell Opportunities (create, upload, close, and update deals within Alliance Partner Center).
  • Alliance Deal Mapping and sharing in support of Optimizely Strategic Alliance Team and Optimizely Sales Teams. 
  • Facilitate introductions/setup meetings between Optimizely and Alliance Sales Team for Co-sell engagement and intelligence gathering (Needed and with guidance from Alliance Managers).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/MIS/Data Science
  • Excellent Written Communications Skills.
  • General Knowledge of Reporting and Excel Analytics (for bulk Export/Import/Update Operations).
  • Detail Oriented with creative problem-solving as it relates to matching records and improving the accuracy of reporting.
