Role: Sales Operations Analyst
Job Responsibilities:

Helping internal users merge records through the established processes after manually performing necessary checks and verifications.

Assigning the correct Salesforce record to the correct users based on both one-off support requests and bulk requests on Microsoft Excel.

Researching and updating key data points on accounts and leads off Excel-based data sets using various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and the company websites.

Actively aiding the deduplication efforts in order to keep the database clean and functional by manually verifying each record both on internal Salesforce CRM and external platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Ability to follow up with stakeholders to expedite dependencies.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel’s advanced capabilities.

6 to 12 months of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM is preferred but not strictly necessary.
