Name of the position: Executive, Social Media Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all company social media accounts management.
- Develop strategy of engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Manage social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
- Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
- Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in any discipline, preferably business, from any reputed university; Marketing major preferable.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing/advertising/agencies in the field of client servicing and content development; Digital marketing would be preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills both in Bangla and English.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Time management skills.
- Works well in a team and with a range of creative people.
- Excellent in MS Word, PPT, and Excel.
Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka
Salary: BDT 35,000 – 40,000
