Vacancy Type: Technical Specialist - SRHR
Job Context:
- This position requires technical skills in developing technical guidelines, training manuals and conducting training for the respective partner organization.
- The position holder will be responsible for strengthening prevention and the responsiveness of the child protection systems and frameworks by promoting and enforcing the Child Marriage Restraint Act 2017.
- The job holder will maintain close coordination/functional relationships with Plan’s regional colleagues, concerned authorities, institutions/departments and like-minded organizations for better quality implementation of SRHR services.
- S/he is responsible for monitoring SRHR programme quality, documentation and dissemination of project’s learning and good practices.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social science or equivalent. Any degree in adolescent/sexual and reproductive health will be preferred.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience with partners in implementing SRHR and Child Protection projects.
- Demonstrated skills in providing technical inputs for addressing CP and SRHR issues and the resulting chain of projects.
