Job Responsibilities
Your primary objectives are, but are not limited to:
- Development of queries, store procedures and jobs in MySQL.
- Development of a dashboard using reporting tools for new KPI's and maintenance of already existing daily, weekly and monthly dashboards.
- Development and monitoring of data migration/transfer processes utilizing MySQL, flat-file manipulation, FTP utilization.
- Participate in internal communications on standard processes and reporting.
- Troubleshoot application and data issues and direct to the appropriate contacts.
- Manage work requests and project timelines with consistent accuracy and completeness.
- Work collaboratively and productively to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor honours in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
Experience Requirements
- Relevant work experience (2-3 years in the field), or relevant training/education.
- Strong SQL/MySQL knowledge, experience with relational databases.
- An understanding of basic database concepts such as joins, unions, views, functions, and jobs.
