Role: Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Officer (Data Management)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead on development and rollout of SOPs, systems and procedures for Data Management or Information Management systems.
- Maintenance and development of NRC Bangladesh’s beneficiary database, providing technical support and training to database users.
- Develop and modify the GORS dataset for all new projects and ensure program-level data entry in the system. Conducting analysis, mapping the needs and gaps, reporting, and information extraction from the GORS system.
- Develop a country-level dashboard on program data for the management team through Power BI, Excel, and Access.

Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Social Science, or a related field. An individual with significant experience may be able to negotiate the academic requirement.
- 3 years of experience in development and administration of database systems (relational databases or other).
- Experience of working in a humanitarian/recovery context is a plus.
