Role: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Responsibilities:

Review applications and interview applicants (over the phone, video, or on-site) to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.

Deliberate with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.

Write job descriptions for both internal and advertising use to be posted onto the company website and specialized job boards as needed.

Participate in the management of the employee referral program, providing communication, response tracking, and bonus payouts.

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Corporate or Agency Recruiter.

Excellent verbal and business writing skills in English in order to draft position descriptions, interview candidates, and communicate with hiring managers.

Experience with full-cycle recruiting within the software industry including direct sourcing, resume screening, candidate evaluation and selection for direct-hire positions.
