Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize Operational excellence deliverables for FY 23 financial year as a part of the budgeting process for Celsius.
- Prepare and present a risk assessment (RA) for the operational targets and take up with management with possible mitigation plans on a quarterly basis.
- Develop new SOPs, improve existing SOPs and awareness to stakeholders.
- Initiate and define projects to achieve defined goals and finalize the cost-benefit and timeline of each project as part of the initiation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Business Administration from any reputed institution.
- BSc or MSc in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.
- Candidates from both business and engineering backgrounds can apply.
- Fresh graduates are preferred for this position; however, candidates having 1-2 years of work experience can also apply.
