Role: Assistant General Manager, Partnerships and Fundraising

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a fundraising strategy and operational plan that meets the strategic requirements of different programs and overall organization.
  • Actively research funding opportunities worldwide, and attend industry events to expand the potential donor network.
  • Ensure the development and timely submission of high-quality proposals and concept notes for potential donors.
  • Develop and manage strategic consortium partnerships with appropriate CSOs, academic organizations and private sector firms to leverage SAJIDA’’s chances of success in competitive calls for proposals.

Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):

  • Bachelor’s degree on a relevant field of study. 
  • Minimum of 5 – 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills, ability to coordinate with multiple teams, and manage teams and leadership capabilities.
