Vacancy Type: Content Developer
Job Responsibilities:
Phase 1 - Probationary Period (2 Months - Half Pay)

Participate in the content development training program (in-house) in the 1st month.

To meet the assigned goal of writing 35 articles as an assessment in the 2nd month.

To understand editorial policies and QC standards and blend them into the writeups.

To learn team architecture and work culture.
Phase 2 - Permanentship
-
To adopt the processes of crafting SEO-friendly, in-depth web content.
-
To learn and execute up-to-date On-page SEO factors i.e. internal/external linking, feature snippet optimization, etc.
-
To add graphical values(Infographics, Segment/Feature Images) to complement contents.
-
To meet the deadlines of the assigned tasks throughout the tenure.
-
To act as per the QC corrections within the shortest span of time.

To work simultaneously with the other departments of Rank Wizards i.e. Research and Development, Human Resource, Strategic Planning, etc.
-
To develop the hard skills in a way that keeps reducing overall execution time.

To develop a thorough knowledge of the industry of Niche Publication and Digital Assets.
Requirements:

Anyone with or without any prior experience in content writing as long as you can provide 160 Hours/Month.

Previous experience in Content Writing, SEO, Digital Marketing, etc.
Benefits and Conditions:

Remuneration: BDT 25,000-28,000/Month

Other Benefits: Allowance(travel and food), 2 Festival Bonus, EPRS Benefits

Salary Appraisal: Half-yearly

Probationary Period: 2 Months (half-pay)

However, this comes with a condition. The contractual writer has to notify 1 month prior to leaving the work. This is necessary because the company needs sufficient time to train someone for that position.
Job Location: Mirpur DOHS
Working Hours: 160 hours per month(8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
