Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the product support team and act as the primary product and support specialist for Alibaba products.
- Create and conduct product training sessions to educate users and stakeholders regarding products and platforms.
- Product improvement identification.
- Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with the regional product team.
