Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of project activities.
- Responsible for assisting in the maintenance and record keeping of SC-supported programs as part of the monitoring and evaluation process of the SC-Bangladesh.
- Responsible for working with, instructing, and collecting all information from local partners and ensuring that data and information are correct and accurate.
- Responsible for drafting and submitting sections of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on activities needed by SC Headquarters and/or Donor to the SC Country Program Director.

Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a university degree and at least 3-years of working experience with similar responsibilities in the development sector.
- Experience working with workers and trade unions in the field of labor rights, occupational safety and health and/or gender-based violence and harassment is strongly desired.
- Experience implementing US-government-funded projects preferred.
