Job Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of Education Project Officer/Coordinator, facilitate awareness raising, sensitization, orientation and assistance activities in accordance with the standard operating guidelines.

Implement the programme in the assigned location; she/he is directly responsible for the quality and timely implementation of all planned activities and achievement of the targets set.

Create a safe classroom/ learning centre environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the physical, social, and emotional development of children and youth both inside and outside the centre.

Provides direction, assigns tasks and gives instructions to daily workers (e.g. volunteers, trainers) and evaluates individual performance.

Requirements:

Minimum Graduation in any relevant subjects such as Education, Social science etc is required.

Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts, preferably in Cox’s Bazar.

Good knowledge of the refugee context in Bangladesh.
