Name of the Position: Executive/Senior Executive – Events and Activation
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct short- and long-term planning and management for events and activation.
- Merchandise venues with event POS to support event activity and generate brand awareness.
- Direct and manage on-site event set-up and brand promoters.
- Manage brand ambassadors at a time during large-scale events and activations.
- Direct all aspects of the marketing communication framework including indoor POS and outdoor activities.
- Conduct contract negotiation, budget management, ROI tracking and activation planning.
- Recommend, develop and implement effective marketing plans for generating event revenues.
Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):
- Bachelors or Masters's degree in Marketing or any other related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven working experience in Event Activation or Media Buying.
- Experience in end-to-end delivery of event projects and programmes, from briefing and conceptualisation to onsite build and vendor management.
- Understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights and best practices.
- Expertise in managing event production and event logistics.
- Experience in working with agency and third-party supplier management.
- Passion for creating and delivering innovative ideas and experiences.
