Role: Closeout Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and reference the DI Purchasing Handbook to ensure systems and procedures are aligned with USAID and DI regulations.
- Review physical and digital procurement documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; clearly note any inconsistencies; and, if necessary, develop a plan to address identified inconsistencies.
- If necessary and in close consultation with the Chief of Party (COP), execute the plan for addressing inconsistencies, collaborating with other departments when necessary to obtain the applicable documentation.
- Ensure all procurement backup documentation is saved on a secure and organized SharePoint location for audit purposes. Consultant may be expected to make filing process improvement recommendations.

Requirements:
- University degree in relevant discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant experience providing support in the areas of project operations and procurement for USAID Activities, previous work on a contract preferred.
- 1-2 years USAID grant management experience desired.
