Role: Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer, Legal
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in furnishing legal opinion/ advice on various matters of the institution relating to its operation.
- Assist in vetting and furnishing opinions on various contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding entered into between the institution and third parties.
- Review research agreements, IT consultancy agreements, proposals, and agreements and deal with various documents related to the institution.
- Review relevant laws, rules, regulations, and policies and provide observations and recommendations to the institution.

Requirements:
- LLB (Honours) from any recognized university, bar-at-law, or Master’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Must have a minimum experience of 3 years as in-house counsel or law chambers.
