Job Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of training plan and training program, organization of training courses.
- Assist to Coordinator (Training, Monitoring & Assessment) and Assistant Coordinator (Training, Monitoring and Assessment).
- Support the monitoring of the training programs from selecting training participants, enrollment, certification, and job placement and retention for up to 03 months.
- Keep records of training courses and monitoring tools and prepare monitoring reports of all activities.

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of working experience in the field of Training, Monitoring and Assessment.
