Name of the position: Student Advisor
Job Responsibilities:
Telesales
- Call students and help them enroll in our courses.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify students’ academic needs, and advise them accordingly.
- Upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Customer Experience
- Managing large-scale inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Delivering product briefs/information to customers.
- Providing solutions by acknowledging customers’ problems.
- Building sustainable relationships with customers.
- Setting and meeting the customer care team’s goals/targets.
- Managing customer queries on social media and emails.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support and/or telemarketing.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka
Salary:
- Salary: 12,000 BDT
- KPI Bonus: 3,000 BDT
