Harpic campaign reaches almost 0.2m households

About 0.2 million families of North Bengal have been involved in ‘Door to Door (D2D)’, an awareness campaign on toilet hygiene, an initiative taken by Harpic under the umbrella of "Porichchonno Bangladesh".

Through this special campaign, the activities of creating awareness on toilet hygiene were carried out in different areas of Rajshahi, Sirajganj, and Pabna throughout the month of May.

Under this campaign, the representative team of Harpic took part in implementing plans of spreading the message of hygiene awareness in every home of these areas.

According to JMP/WHO, 10.8 million people are deprived of appropriate hygiene facilities in rural areas.

Throughout this May, Harpic awareness reached to about 0.2 million families of Rajshahi, Pabna and Sirajganj.

Harpic has been hosting these types of campaigns regularly for the last few years, said a statement.
