Jatiya Nabanna Utsab Udjapan Parshad inaugurated the 20th ‘Nabanna Utsab’ at Bakultala, Faculty of Fine Arts of Dhaka University on Wednesday.

Vice-Chancellor of the university Prof Dr Akhtaruzzman inaugurated the programme.

Jatiya Nabanna Utsab Udjapan Parshad organised a daylong cultural programme to celebrate the occasion.
