The Youth Advancement Institute (YAI), a university club run organisation working for students’ welfare, is going to arrange ‘Youth Career Summit 2021’ on May  21 and 22. With an aim to bringing some freshness for youths amid all the lockdown and other COVID-19 related crises, the youth organisation is focused on providing a proper career guideline for the youths.

In this two-day long virtual summit, designated career experts from different job sectors of Bangladesh-- from the national, as well as international level-- will be present as facilitators to provide their insights. Famous youth icons will also join the event who will discuss basic requirements of different job sectors and how to prepare to achieve that. They will further share their struggles and success stories with the participants. Youths will get a chance to interact with the guests directly which will help them clearing out their confusion regarding career issues.

Participants will earn some basic knowledge on required soft skills from the event including- networking, communication, negotiation, public speaking. After completion of successful sessions, participants will be given honorary certificates and gifts.

YAI is hopeful about a large youth engagement as the organisation has a noble goal behind the event. Apart from competition, it will also be a fundraising event and the fund will be spent to help poor families and street children in specific areas.
