Powering the youth through skills

Youth School For Social Entrepreneurs (YSSE) is a youth-led non-profit organisation that aspires to produce a dynamic and talented generation who will contribute to constructive social changes.

To fulfil this goal, YSSE has been working on a variety of initiatives and programs, including Career Mentorship Programs, Reimagining Education for Vision 2041, The Blueprint of Content Creation via Web Research, Internships, and the Youth Campus Ambassador Program, among others.

One of YSSE's most important programs is Career Talk where successful individuals share their insights and the youth have the opportunity to ask these experienced individuals questions.

Career Talk allows students or first-time job holders to listen to experts, build a network with them, and get advice related to their careers.

And for the next stage, YSSE Marketing & PR is debuting a session titled ‘Powering The Youth 1.0’ on 17 April.

‘Powering The Youth 1.0’ covers two topics - SEO friendly content writing and presentation with PowerPoint. The goal of this program is to help young people improve their content writing and PowerPoint presentation abilities since these are the skills that are now in high demand throughout the world.

Content writing is a prospective career option for many. It continues to grow with the rapid expansion of technology and business enterprises, as the need for digital marketing is also experiencing tremendous growth.

"Only capable youth can bring positive changes globally with their innovative ideas. Hence, our youth need to be skilled, and YSSE is working to achieve a capable and skilled youth group,” said Khairul Sadman Farabi, CSCA™, Head of the Marketing and PR Department of YSSE.

Making a presentation is widely in demand - be it in academics or professional life. Those who have adequate knowledge of PowerPoint presentations always stay a step ahead of others in both academic and professional life. Therefore, Ace The Presentation With PowerPoint will help the participants master the skills of presentation.

“Content writing is one of the promising sectors for today's youth, and proficiency in MS PowerPoint is the most sought-after skill among freshers. So, this program will surely be one of the most innovative programs arranged by YSSE for youths," added Mr Khairul.

‘Powering The Youth 1.0’ will be launched on the 17th of April, Sunday, at 10 pm via Zoom. All the guests and participants will be notified and provided with an invitation link beforehand through email.

YSSE Marketing & PR always arranges programs that are designed to prepare the youth to master the skills necessary to progress in this highly competitive world.

They believe that it is the youth who can bring about positive changes in society. Keeping that in mind, YSSE Marketing & PR is continuously making efforts to infuse the youth with a sense of responsibility and ignite the spark of innovation and entrepreneurship within them.
