Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) has cancelled licenses of six coaching centres for not removing illegal and unauthorised signboards, posters and festoons.
The six coaching centers are UCC, Uniaid, Icon, Icon Plus, Omega and Paragon in the city's Farmgate area, said a DNCC official.
According BSS, the licenses of the coaching centres were cancelled for violating the directives of the city corporation and defying warnings issued by mobile courts under the Graffiti Writing and Poster Sticking Control Act, the official added.
