Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) will take the admission test for the first year honours courses of under the academic session 2017 to 2018 from November first, reports BSS on Sunday.
CUET Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam chaired a meeting about admission tests at the Institution of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB), Chittagong, said a press release issued on Sunday.
In the meeting, CUET VC sought all-out cooperation from the representatives of all government and non-government agencies to hold the admission test in a peaceful manner, the release added.
CUET Registrar (additional charge) Professor Dr Faruque-Uz-Zaman Chowdhury, Students Welfare Director Professor Dr Mohammed Moshiul Hoque and Chief Engineer of Chittagong Development Corporation (CDA) Md Jashim Uddin Chowdhury were present at the meeting, among others.
