Recently, BSRM Group Employees contributed their one day salary to the Group’s fund raising program to help the helpless during the pandemic.
The amount was distributed in three phases. Mr. Mahbubur Rahman, Police Commissioner of Chottogram Metropolitan Police Office received a cheque in this regard from BSRM high-officials to stand by with more than 2500 families of Chottogram city. Ms. Amena Begum, Additional Commissioner of Police (Administration and finance); Mr. S.M Mostak Ahmed khan , Additional Commissioner of Police (Traffic), B.P.M P.P.M (BAR); and; Mr. Khamol Kumar Nath, Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime and operation) were present, among others of Chottogram Police Department to receive the cheque.
BSRM Group high officials also handed over another cheque to the Deputy Commissioner Office. The cheque was received by Mr. Mohammad Kamal Hossain – ADC (General), DC Office, Chittagong. For extending further support to the suffering families, another cheque was handed over to Mr. SM Rashidul Hoque, SP - Chattogram District Police.
Earlier, BSRM Group handed over a cheque to Prime Minister’s relief and welfare fund as a donation to flatten the curve of coronavirus. Dr. Ahmad Kaikaus, Principal Secretary of Prime Ministers' Office received the cheque.
Besides, BSRM is continuously providing high quality Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) materials for the medical staffs of various hospitals of Dhaka and Chittagong. As a part of the program, a good number of high quality PPE’s were handed over to Md. Shafiqul Islam BPM (BAR), Dhaka Metropolitan Police Commissioner for distributing to Various Hospitals of the country, BITD, Fauzderhat, General hospital Chattogram, Chittagong Medical college and other government and private hospitals
