A two-day conference on financial inclusion begins at Ha Noi, Vietnam October 3 aiming to enhance the capacity of policy makers in ADB’s DMCs by increasing their knowledge about financial inclusion and promoting discussion on implementing consumer protection in the region through better privacy policies for them in Southeast Asia.
Government officials from the ministries of economy, finance, and other relevant agencies involved in financial inclusion policy making in Southeast Asian countries will be the participants in the event.
Tokyo-based ADBI and Institute for Policy, Advocacy, and Governance (IPAG) arranged the event, according to a website news of ADBI.
