Two Bangladeshis have died in separate incidents reported from Saudi Arabia.
A small businesses-owner in near the capital Riyadh was run over by a car while a construction site accident killed a worker in the eastern province capital of Dammam.
Main Uddin Shah Alam, who ran a shop in the city of Al-Kharj, some 80 kilometres off Riyad, suffered severe head injuries late on Tuesday after being hit by a car.
According to his brother Nizam Uddin, a group of robbers swooped on his shop around 10pm local time, reports bdnews24.
Alam was run over by a car on the road outside his shop as he was chasing the robbers. Locals rushed him to the King Khalid University Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
The 35-year-old, who hailed from Comilla, is survived by wife and two children.
In the other incident reported from Dammam, a Bangladeshi construction worker Nur Islam died when a collapsed wall crushed him at a construction site on Monday.
