Turkey is willing to work with Bangladesh to develop the latter’s capital city, said the former’s ambassador to Dhaka on Tuesday.
Ambassador Devrim Ozturk said those when he paid a courtesy call on Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mayor Md. Atiqul Islam on Tuesday.
Ozturk said Turkey would work with Bangladesh for the developing the capital’s healthcare, waste management, cultural training for children and fire safety issues.
The DNCC Mayor Md. Atiqul Islam underlined the importance of historical and friendly ties between the two countries during their meeting.
