Three international flights failed to meet their departure schedules at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) in the capital on Friday.
BG 001 was scheduled to go to London at 10:15 am, but it departed at 10:26am, making 11 minutes late, sources at Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh said.
A flight of Emirates Airlines was set to go to Dubai at 9:55 am, but the flight made 15 minutes late.
Kuwait Airways took off for Kuwait at 9:54am from the HSIA, which was scheduled to depart at 9:15am.
Besides, a flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines failed to meet its arrival schedule at the airport.
BG 128 landed there from Abu Dhabi at 10:50am, which was supposed to come at 8:15am, making 2 hours and 40 minutes late.
From 6:00am to 2:00am, total 20 to 22 flights landed the airport, the sources added.
